A Car Tracker and Delivery Service Provider is seeking a confident, proactive, and highly organized sales assistant to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role requires someone with a strong presence and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salary (Probation Period) – 800 cedis (3 Months)
2. Full Time Salary (After Probation) – 1,000 Cedis 
3. An employee gains 300 cedis bonus each time a new delivery client signs up and does their first 30 deliveries.
4. Movement with the sales team to advertise Car GPS Tracker & Delivery Services.
5. Each sales person is required to sign up a minimum of 20 Car GPS Trackers installations to earn a minimum additional incentive of 1,000 cedis or more.
6. Each employee must take records of clients they advertise to.
7. Creating a convincing environment to sign up clients.
8. Present/pitch services to potential clients.
9. Prepare sales reports and feedback.

12. Employees are provided with daily transportation to potential clients.
13. Office is located at Legon, Accra.
14. Airtime and Data bundle will be provided for smooth communication with clients.
15. Good communication skills

Working Hours: 7AM to 5PM.
Uniform: Black trouser and shoe with company t-shirt provided.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must complete SHS at least.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
